Salt River Senior Session- Arizona
I have said it a million times and I will say it again- I LOVE senior portraits! And I especially love senior portraits in the desert in Arizona. There are so many amazing locations to capture some unique and fun portraits such as the Salt River. During the summertime, the Salt River is so much fun to visit and go tubing down to cool off during very hot days. During the fall and winter, it is one of my favorite places to take portraits. This location offers variety with the water in the background as well as the desert scenery. This is a popular place to take senior and family portraits, so be aware that it can often get busy and plan according, always being respectful of others also trying to enjoy the scenery. The Salt River is also a natural habitat to lots of beautiful wildlife and is a popular location for birdwatching and fishing. If you are lucky enough you may even get to spot some wild horses from afar. For more information before visiting, be sure to check out the Tonto National Forest website for updates on recreational areas such as Granite Reef.
Please enjoy these senior portraits captured of Cameryn in 2021. Cameryn has been close to my family for many years and it was an honor to get to celebrate with her the ending of this season in her life and the beginning of an exciting new chapter upon graduation. We had a blast exploring the desert and taking these photos. My favorite photos from this session are at the end of the gallery with the cacti as the background.
